It's only W1R2 but what a roller-coaster! First 60 secs ok but second and third I hit the spiritual wall. Carried on though and by the last 60 secs I was sprinting. Well, it felt like I was sprinting but I suspect an innocent bystander would have seen it as shuffling legs accompanied by violently swing arms. Must work on my technique.

Keep on keeping on! Great job getting out there and pushing through! Getting started is the more difficult part. :)

It’s what us beginners do the snail shuffle.🙂🏃🏽‍♀️. Enjoy your running- as time goes by it gets better.

Well done on completing the run. I am sure it all feels strange but don't worry it will get better as you progress..

Speed isn't important.. run slowly and then slower still if need be .. so you can compete each run ..

I was exactly the same ! My third and 4 th min were so hard but the last one I was like woooo hooo! I’m on week 3 run 2 now :)
