Male runner zooms past 🤔

I am still thrown by people overtaking me even if they are friendly! Graduated 7 years ago regularly do the three runs per week and was enjoying the downhill part of one of my routes. I know my pace has improved over time and my age is probably a factor ( over 65) but nevertheless a blow to my confidence 😉 Won’t stop me just a bit surprised at my reaction.

You could always accidentally trip them.

At that speed you are kidding but ofcourse that’s what I felt like doing! Not really he was friendly!

I'm in the same age bracket and I know I'll never trouble the speeders. I also know I'll never win a world championship at anything, or travel in space. Still, we strive to be the best we can and don't let anyone tell you it's not good enough! 😃😃😃

Thank you I’m usually ok with my progress this was a temporary wobble. We don’t know how he will be doing in 30 odd years 🙂

Absolutely. We are entitled to wobble sometimes, as long as we don't fall over!

It doesn’t bother me in the slightest, never has I am not Mo so it doesn't matter 🤷‍♀️😃

Dont worry. Your doing it for yourself😁

I wouldn't dwell on it.. you are running your own race 😀
