Lazy days

Well after completing couch to 5k in June and completing the race for life in July I haven't been out much, a bit of back trouble and holidays. Now, however, after eating too many cakes and too much pasta here in Italy and feeling very unfit and heavy I decided to get out again. I started week 4 again and suprisingly found it better than I thought and lo and behold my back feels much better. So, the lesson is for me- keep getting out there, slowly but surely and keep off the cakes.

It’s either keep off the cakes or run off the cake 😂. Welcome back.

Haha indeed - the cakes are very nice......but I'd have to run a long way 🤣🤣. Thank you it's good to be back

Save the cakes for special occasions. It makes them even more delicious when you've not had them for a while. 😊

Definitely. Back home soon so temptation will no longer be there, for a while at least 😀😀
