I did that sneaky peak too before w4 and after w3 and thought exactly the same as you!

Just finished w4r3 and it's actually ok, the first run was a bit difficult, second less so and the third was good. Give it a go and see, it feels fantastic when you do something you originally thought you couldn't do or would be really difficult.

Now I need to re read my reply before I start w5 next week ;)

Relax, trust the plan... youโ€™re ready. Believe.

You can do it.

you know what's a bigger jump that you've already achieved? Not running at all to tackling week 1. You can do it!

Great job finishing week 3 ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

I always looked ahead and tried to compile a playlist that fitted the run, walk, run intervals. You build up to each week so the test is mental not physical. Bash the gremlins, take it slow, smash the run. Whatever week you're on. ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Always start slowly. You don't want to knacker yourself half-way. If you've got spare energy at the end, you can always go faster then. โœŒ
