2 weeks ago I was on top of the world I finished the C25k but since then I get to 18 minutes and can’t breathe this has happened 3 times now. I might be overthinking it but decided I will not be beat. I am going back on the app and starting back at week 7 to get my confidence back so gutted as I love running💕Is this normal xx

I finished C25K on Monday and have done 2 runs since. I did a stepping stones run and then did W9 again today. I found it so hard mentally this morning just to get out. I'm no expert but maybe slow it right down and get past the 18 min mark. You could have a mental gremlin which is hindering you. Good for you for not giving in!!

Yes I think it is. We think our running is going backwards for a time. It’s ok though as it picks back up again Relax and have fun and it will all fall into place. Go steady though 😃🏃‍♀️

Are you under the weather or carrying an injury at all? It could be something like that especially as you're having trouble breathing.

After I graduated, I found listening to music for the 30 minutes really helped keep me going when I didn't have the trainer's voice urging me on. I was doing fine with this but then ran with a cold and a slight injury to the ankle and gave up after 12 minutes.

Good luck. I think starting from week seven is a good idea as it's slightly gentler, and you know you can do it, plus it should get you through your 18 minute block.
