Keeping on keeping on πŸ€ͺ

After a few weeks of inertia & just no mojo whatsoever, I set my alarm last night & got up early; checked the time of sunrise (I should have done it last night really) donned my kit and set off. I decided to repeat wk6 run 1 (again) and it reminded me why I just love running. The weather was a bit grey & sunless this morning but it was just the right temperature for running. It was just me, Michael Johnson & music. I lost myself in the run, no inner voice chattering away and it was so relaxing. I am now ready to face the day & anything it brings.

Have a great day everyone & happy running
