Still coming to terms with the concept of rest days that leave me more tired than my active dsys. Taking the opportunity to use some different equipment in the hotel gym, rowing machine (2k), bike (10k) and then walked on the treadmill for 3k but with a 5% incline. Be glad to get back to a run tomorrow.

I seem to have lost my mojo when it comes to rest days. I started off going to the gym or doing the NHS strength & flex podcasts but since W3 of C25K, I just totally flop back on the couch and do nothing on the rest days. Maybe when the kids are out of the way back at school next week I might get back in to it. No. Not might. WILL! 😂
My challenge is to find the time to squeeze running into my hectic schedule.......don't have a luxury of time between school runs, work commutes, after school clubs chauffeuring and house chores!!😉
