W4R1 - Buzzing!!! πŸ˜ƒ

I was dreading this one and instead I ended up grinning all the way round my route. I kept the pace nice and slow after reading all the advice given to others. I actually ended up running for at least 6 mins on the first 5 min block bc the app had crashed (again πŸ˜”) but I wasn't out of breath at any point my legs kept going without me shouting at them. I even got a bit of a lump in my throat as I was on my return leg bc I was so so so chuffed with myself. And I was buzzing all evening with pride and astonishment. And even though I took it real easy as advised my pace was quicker again.. I suppose purely bc I was running more than I was walking. But I'm more than happy to keep the genteel pace for now. GO ME!! 🀣 And to those that take the time to write advice to various people on here please keep it up... it really does make a difference... to me at least, so thank you! ☺

Well done! I’ve just joined here today. Going to start the couch to 5K on Saturday. Slightly nervous, but can’t wait to give it a go and get this weight off. πŸ˜€

Welcome Michelle, go nice and slow, you can do this.

Enjoy your run today. Some of the best advice I've read is it's ok to potentially run slower than your brisk walk. You just need to keep the motion of running/jogging going. Good luck Michelle

Even if we're going as slow as snails it's ok because our legs keep going! Well done!
