So W3R3 it was very easy today, heavy breathing but am use to pushing myself and actually listened to Joe Willey tonight, it was a bit repetitive as she basically said the same thing, so will be interesting next week as I am going to a weekend music festival so might be to tired 😓, to keep with the Programe. Must admit it does seem to be pretty basic and who knows how they are going to turn me into a forest gump and run from coast to coast running at 90 second intervals.
