W3R1 was...... amazing!!!! I was terrified and now I don’t know why! the only low point was when i was halfway through the first 3 minutes run and laura started speaking and i thought she was gonna tell me i had done the first 3 minutes already haha!! but even then it wasn’t really a low point i was just confused for a second.

one thing i did do today was try to slow down and i think it helped quite a bit with my breathing.

overall i didn’t struggle much at all and i’m so happy!!!! i can feel myself getting so much fitter and more comfortable running in public every time, and i’m just really really happy!!!!!

Well done 👍🏼 Slow is key, it will help you as you get to the longer run.

I agree, i think i just have a bit of a habit to break because the only other running i’ve ever done is short distance sprint racing when i was younger. Thank you for the support!! 😊
