Week 4 Done!

Just finished week 4, on treadmill- yey!

Does anyone else feel nervous before a run?

Still finding that last 5 mins hard!

Don’t know how I will get on with week 5- it’s all 5 mins

Anyway this is me sweaty and squinty outside our leisure complex

Oh and I have started to do some hip strengthening gluts etc to hopefully give my overweight unfit body some stability!

I think I felt nervous all the way to about week 8, by which time I'd gone some way to convincing myself I might actually complete the programme. I think it’s fear of failure (which is completely ridiculous). Keep going and good luck!

I still feel nervous before a run, but the nerves are from excitement! I’m slow as a 🐌🐌, but when I’m running I feel awesome! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️👍🏻👍🏻
