Hiii! Iโ€™ve just downloaded the app, Iโ€™m 23 and used to be well into fitness! I then got too comfortable in myself and put all the weight I lost, back on ๐Ÿ™ˆ

My friend sent me โ€˜couch to 5kโ€™ and I just completed my first run ๐Ÿค—

Yay! You're off the couch! That's the hardest part done - you put your trainers on and went out of the door. This is a great programme and it really works, so keep checking in here with your progress. Well done!
