After graduating back in April and finishing on my last 30 min run on a park run I got a bit lost with post graduation. I began to make excuses and then when the hot weather came I even balked on running at 6:30 in the morning as it was already too hot.

Well. I have to tell you I began on my treadmill again and even found the 3 min run tough!!! Today I ran for the 5 minutes and although it’s tough again I’m determined to continue to re-graduate.

I already feel the buzz again and hope it takes my diabetic sugar numbers down. This programme rocks!!!

Well done for pushing yourself. Rest is sometimes good but not for too long. Good luck with the running again. Buzz does seem to come back quicker each time.

WalkingWithLabradors, are you starting from the beginning again? I also graduated in April (just never got my badge!), then was unwell for a few weeks and unable to run, followed by a house, job and country move and a few other excuses along the way and now it’s mid August! Want to get back to it, but not sure where to begin. Well done for getting back out there.

Thanks SadieMac81. I began again at week 3 as I could reasonably run 3 mins without giving up. I found it as hard as the first time I did it but also feel as good after I’ve achieved it. I think I missed the buzz after graduation. Come on SadieMac81. Let’s do this!

That sounds like a good plan. I so enjoyed the plan so was gutted then annoyed with myself when I stopped. The fact you stopped around the same time and have got back out there is motivating me to do the same! Thanks for the push. We can do this! πŸ™‚
