Well..after my disgruntlement with Doc's don't run advice got up this morning..back feeling better..did my daily physio ( have done this for years after course of hospital back physio)..back flexible again..so..did a run...was sensible...did a walk run walk run..running faster than I can normally do...but for short bursts...
If I report back to you guys later that back has seized, well, someone did tell me so ππ€£!!
