Having struggled a bit with some of the earlier (shorter) runs and needing to repeat these I have utterly surprised myself this morning by completing W6R3 on my first go!
To anyone struggling I would say keep trying. Even if you need to repeat a run (or runs) think about how far you’ve come. I could barely run for 60 seconds when I started and completing the course seemed so far off. I now feel like it might actually be achievable.

Thanks! I’ve had a really horrible few weeks to be honest but running has really helped me get through them. And each small achievement encourages me to keep going.
