I did my first post graduation run yesterday, I usually run in the evening, but a prior engagement had me making the decision to go out early or delay. So off I went in the morning; I have tried a couple of morning runs during the training and they all went very badly so I was a bit apprehensive as I set off. I struggled through, but managed it. It is very clear that my body needs at least 7 hours to truly wake up and get going. My aim is to do a parkrun at some point so I need to get used to this morning running, better start getting up earlier.
