Not going to lie, this week has been a tough one, but its done and to be quite honest I really enjoyed R3, I managed right from the start to pace myself perfectly, it felt really good.

Does anyone not start their Garmins, fitbits etc. until they actually start to run and turn it off before the cool down walk, I was wondering if that would give a better indication of the actual pace time. I haven't done it yet but thought I might on my last week.

I start my Garmin when i begin to run and off as I finish it:)

These longer runs are just meant for relaxing into and letting your legs find their own happy pace... they know what to do... we just have to let them do it:)
