Week 7 Run 1 done this morning - it was hard! Missed doing run yesterday as had 2 day migraine which wouldn’t go! Set off this morning thinking I would never do the run but would try my hardest! Had to slow (or so I thought!) considerably but I managed to not stop - and was a whole minute quicker than last 25 min run per km! Not sure how but hey I will take that!!

Can’t believe am doing these longer runs!!!!!!!

Way to go. Slowing down often speeds you up, going off fast can lead to pace fluctuating a lot. Slow and steady really can win the race.
