So I did that annoying thing where I started this and loved it and then I had a little break, which turned into a long break, and then I started to dread starting again and made excuses (my baby’s change of routine, it’s too hot, I’m too tired blah blah blah). And then I found myself whittering on about not running and eating too much cake... So I told myself to shut up, stop being annoying and just run woman! Run!
And I loved it. Back in the game!
