Week 6 run 3

Just back from my first ever 25 minute run in all my 56 years - nailed it. So glad I found running when I did, I've been using it as therapy since losing my Mum 2 weeks ago. Focusing on nothing but the few metres in front of me and concentrating on finishing helps so much. I'm about to sign up for a 5k later in the year - failure no longer an option

Sorry for your loss, but well done. You're right, running is good therapy for all sorts of things. Good luck with the rest of the programme.

You are right, running is all round good therapy.

Having that 5k event as a goal for later in the year is a good idea.

Don't forget To take time to look after yourself.
