What do people like listen to? I’m one run off graduation and would like to cover more distance and wondered if one will “distract” more than others?

Well I like the Audiofuel Polyrunner tracks. These are the people that recorded the NHS Couch to 5K downloads. They are in 10 minute sections with an optional 1 minute walk between each. Thye come in different bpms.

I worked through these until I could run my first 10K race but I still like them, I just choose the bpm to suit my mood.

I also like their Run Free and Run Wild workouts.

I have one music cd by the RagTag band that I like to run to, but I often find the music I like to listen to isn't helpful to finding a steady running pace.

I like listening to the radio. Ken Bruce and the pop master quiz really help the time go by.

I started with music but moved onto podcasts like Desert Island discs and audiobooks and find these work better for me.

Music. I find even the wrong tunes will demotivate and slow me down. The best keep me powering on like a train! 👍😁
