Windy and wet and the weather week9 run2

So I was going to do my week 9 run 2 on Friday to graduate on Sunday but woke up on Friday knackered even after walking dog I didn’t feel pepped up so talked myself into doing it on Saturday instead. Saturday morning comes round dog walked in the wind and rain and suddenly I feel refreshed after all this heat. It’s definitely still mind over matter and this overwhelming desire to see this programme though to graduation that gets me through these runs. I hoped to enjoy my runs my at this stage and have mixed feelings about them, or maybe it’s just the incline all the way back that puts me off. Anyhow nearly there, even helping the little pug this morning to find it’s owner didn’t put me off my stride or the frog 🐸 I luckily stepped over. Happy running everyone. Graduation day is nearly here.

Great froggy photo!😄

Hang on in there - the enjoyment and satisfaction will grow. Time for you to make some consolidation plans & for me to polish the podium for you! 😁

Only one more to go! The graduation podium is waiting for you!

I felt a bit blah in the last 3 weeks. It all felt a bit samey samey. The giddy elation of finishing a run and not feeling as though I might need the services of a paramedic stopped in around weeks 6 and 7. After your graduation run you will have the freedom to switch things around a bit and for me that variety gave me more enthusiasm.

Love the frog photo.

Good luck with your graduation run, enjoy it!

Yeah I think your right I miss going to gym and doing my hiit sessions but after graduation I can mix up the running and the gym a bit more. I think I have planned out my graduation run fingers crossed 30 mins done before I reach the hill the way back lol 👍
