Graduation run!!!

Can’t believe it but I’ve done it!

Went back to an evening run after the toughest run I’ve done that was W8R2 (1 cup of coffee and a muffin all day is not enough to go running on a hot afternoon!)

I did do 30mins but Strava didn’t round the time properly, already started looking at a 10k programme after a month of consolidation runs.

Thanks to everyone on the forums for encouragement and posts!
