Just done this one - on a treadmill as well, which I know is not as tough as outside so put the incline up to a measly 1.
After 20 mins suddenly felt quite faint and a bit nauseous (first time I've had that) so stopped, got off and waited a min or so then got back on. Put the elevation down and continued to the end.
Felt a bit deflated. I guess it's the reason we have to run it three times in the week as it's not going to be easy the first time we run for 30 mins. Strange to feel odd after 20 mins when I've run that time multiple times by now.
Sometimes I leave 2 days rest between runs and maybe I need to do that for this week π€
Pah, anyway, will not be beaten and hope to get outside for my next runs and graduate soon ! π πͺπΌππ₯π
