So frustrated at the moment. Had an amazing holiday but now have shocking jet lag. Sleep patterns all over the place. Between that and a stinking cold which I’m now over but still feeling chesty, I haven’t run for 3 weeks. Really need to get back on it but I’m so exhausted at the moment. I’m hoping a few more days and I’ll be feeling it again.

That must be frustrating, but at least you ha don’t lovely holiday memories. Hopefully your body will adjust to being back home & you’ll get back out there. Maybe try a brisk walk to start you off. I’ve been on IC for almost six weeks so will have to think about my return to running. Don’t think I’ll be running for 30 mins for a while. Hope you have a good w’end. 🙂
