I was supposed to go out to do W6R2 tonight but I'm suffering what I think is runners 🏃 knee, I'm absolutely fine on the flat but any slight hill and it starts to hurt, ....any advice on how I should proceed, do I just aim for flat routes or do I rest it, thanks

Try these...

nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/k...

If there is real pain don't run.. get it checked out...but if okay..then really slow and slower.. try to land lightly..kissing the ground with your feet I call it... and see how you go :)

Well done you anyway!

Thanks that's just what I did, slow and steady but completed it.
