Penultimate programme run tonight and thought I'd try and up my rhythm tonight thanks to Steve Bug.

Certainly got me going. This put a smile on my face and pushed me on, taking smaller more rapid steps. I felt like I was through the first ten minutes in no time. After that I felt able to relax into a longer stride and increase the pace towards the end. Does anyone else do that? I'm on a treadmill so this keeps things interesting amid the sweat and the techno!
One more run to go. Can't believe we're here already!!!
