One to go!

Only one run to go till graduation! WooHoo! Got through wk9r2 this morning, knee ligaments playing up a little and the old PF kicked in afterwards so once I get through the last run I am going to have a light week. Maybe one run and 2 spinning classes, keep the fitness up but take a little punishment off. What do others think please?

Am I right In assuming plantar fasciitis when you say PF? I’ve not had it myself. Just wondered if spinning is light work for it? Take it easy and look after it. Good luck with graduation

I am not sure what is light for it, seems to be at its worst after driving! Thought I would give spinning a go for a week to take the pounding off!

I can understand that. As an exerciser myself I find the thought of doing nothing horrific but sometimes we just have to try it. If you do that after graduation and you are still feeling it I might have something to do with driving, sometimes it just comes down to elimination. In the past I have had niggles when someone has just moved my driving seat just a little, so if it’s been to the garage or anything a slight adjustment might help. Hope you get to the bottom of it.
