W3R2 - Good morning heron, run in new shoes

Good morning family,

Today was a nice run. No highs, no lows. Recently, my tendonitis in left foot started to remind me that it's there. Which mean that different lacing my super running shoes didn't help I was very unhappy about it. But fortunately I have another running shoes that I bought as a change shoes for my wedding. I know I am a bit wierd Yes, they are white. Well, after today not anymore. I will try them for several runs and it should let me know if I need to invest in kino-tape or not. The last ideas how to make my running work.

The other story is... While I was calmly running along my favourite route along the canal. A heron flew from the path, just to sit a bit further. I implemented my most gentle kiss the ground stroke during my jog AND heron stayed there! While I was passing by just 4, maybe 5 feet away from it O_O Good morning heron! Good morning nature! I love you amazing world!

Thanks, the view on that route are really great. We all need a bit o rain, but I wish it omit the path, as when it's get muddy it is not so pleasant and can get dangerous. So I'm enjoying it while it's dry
