My mind was set and I did it! 20 minutes! Much cooler today and running in the morning which I prefer and it made such a difference. Thanks to all those who gave support after the last run.

I was nervous at first but once I relaxed and concentrated on my music it was easier. I did look like a beetroot by the end tho’. 😂. Good luck for Friday!
