Leg and hip better but OMG the pain from whiplash is excruciating......it’s a week since I did wk7 R3 and so wanted to graduate before I went on holiday 2 weeks today.... not looking likely now. Taking everyone’s advice and resting but soooooooo frustrating 🙄

Riding accidents are no joke! I know you want to graduate, but falling from a horse is a considerable trauma. Take the time to heal up properly. Please, please, please give yourself the time to heal. Running (and riding) will be there when you are ready.

Thanks - feeling bit better today after massage and visit to GP for stronger pain killers!

Ouch! It can't be helped so dont be hard on yourself - you'll get there. Horsey people have a high pain tolerance and zero patience! We're the WORST when it comes to enforced rest, but rest/repair is absolutely the way to go. Take care!

Not sure about the high pain tolerance - but definitely impatient!

So true! When injured, horse people say, “when can I ride (or in this case, run)?” Non- horse people say, “I’m not doing that again!” 😂
