Feel bloody fantastic!!!!! 🎆🎆🎇🎇 Just completed W9R3. Weather was so warm and air so still - hard work tonight. Really wanted to make this run memorable - PB for fastest average pace, PB for longest distance run. Feel absobloodylutely terrific.

Best of luck to everyone on this journey and listen to the advice on this forum - it is priceless!!
