On Sunday I ran week 6 run 3 in the 23 degree sun 🙈 i actually didn’t think I would finish but I did 👍 was very hard so I was absolutely dreading week 7. Today I done week 7 run 1 so the same running time as Sunday (25 mins) but it was early so only 14 degrees outside! What a massive difference it made. I actually didn’t struggle at all physically I did slight mentally thinking I can’t do it but soon had a word with myself. Feels so good actually looking forward to Thursday for my next run 🏃♀️ love this app! Xx
