So, I went this morning and did it. It was slow, and hot and the slowest I have run 25 mins so far... Slightly nervous about running 28 mins next week. More worried about having to run a 5k in the middle of July... Currently only doing about 4K over 25 mins running plus 10 min walking. Hmm....

Hey well done! I just went from W7 to W8 and the 28min run really didn’t seem all that much further. Not helped by Sarah ‘forgetting’ to tell me I had one minute left, the little minx! If it helps, try not to care about the distance - that can wait until after graduation. Just don’t measure it 😊 You have the rest of your running life to build up distance, for my part I just plan to get to W9R3 and smash that 30 mins! Good luck 👍🏼
