hi all I am totally new to exercise. I have reached a point in my life where I need to change. any advice for the running or healthier eating would be greatly appreciated. low fat snack ideas would be good, that would also give me energy asI go running ( or jig jog as I call it) straight from work.

Well done on starting the c25k ..The best advice is as oldfloss would say ..Slow and steady with your runs and you will be fine ...As for healthy eating ...I'm sure there is a forum on that subject ..Which would help ...Good luck 😊😊

Hi and welcome. The link below gives lots of brilliant information. We're a friendly bunch and there's always someone here to answer questions, give guidance, support, applause (and the occasional kick up the b*m if asked 😀). When starting this you won't need any extra food at all but you will probably need to up your water intake as it is important to be well hydrated at all times so your body can work better and get the blood flowing to your muscles more easily.
