Post Grad W3R3 - Parkrun

Hi all, just finished my final Post Grad run at Croydon Parkrun. 🏃‍♂️ My unofficial time, courtesy of Strava was 33:57, but I’m waiting for the official email confirmation 😀 That’s very slightly better than my previous effort of 34:02 👍

Think I’m ready for Big School now so I’ll follow Ju-Ju’s plan from Monday. 😀 🤞I’ll keep checking and posting on both C25K and B210K so we can keep in touch. Many thanks for the support and advice I’ve received from you all. I couldn’t have got here without you!! 😀😀👍👍

Not now I’ve been taken back to the start line again! Broken leg - 1 week in ,7 to go and I’ve no idea what the restart running schedule will look like.
