I was wondering does anyone wear headbands/hats/visors when they go running in order to help manage sweating around hairline?
I'm one of those people who naturally sweats a lot around forehead/back of neck. So, was thinking of perhaps purchasing one of these products but need advice! And want to know if they really work? Or do they just make hair more sweaty?
Thanks.

Trail head cap..... brilliant.. rain or shine...black if possible..according to physicists...
if we wear white, we cook. The best colour to keep cool, is to wear black. Black absorbs everything coming in from the sun, sure. But black also absorbs energy from the body instead of reflecting it back...
I have 2 use a headband as I’m a right sweaty Betty! I have 2 keep mine on 4 about 10 mins after I finish my run 😂😂. Have 2 admit - it’s a heck of a fashion statement(!) - but it works 4 me
I have 2 ... 1 is a Race 4 Life band (as I’m going that in 2 weeks) & the other is just a generic sports headband I got from Amazon... was probably the cheapest 1 on there at the time 😂
I currently use a visor with a broad sweatband. With the (relatively) extreme heat at the moment I’ve ordered a well vented white running cap to try to keep the sun off.
I have wicking headbands which are great for sweat, keeping hair away from face and keeping earphone buds in my ears. Loads on Amazon. I got a pack of 4 different colours for £6.
I have a black cap, although it’s not a sports one: I just needed to keep the sun off my head and try not to catch too many of the local villagers in the eye!
Black cap with the multi air holes/vented if you know what I mean? Keeps sun and sweat out of my eyes/face whilst wearing it. After taking it off though it does release everything!!! 😬 Oh and I tie my hair up too. 😎
