I just wanted to praise the C25k app and forum! I use the programme every year to get fit for my annual Race 4 Life. I don’t know how I would do it without Laura’s encouragement and all the helpful - and entertaining! comments on here. Last night’s 30 minute run was hard but I was overjoyed to complete it. Race is on Sunday so hope I can manage 5km in the heat!
