I did c5k at the beginning of 2017. I didn't complete it, got to about week 7 or so. Stopped as I was a few months pregnant and didn't feel comfortable with it.
Baby is 7 months now and I am ready to start again.
I did week 1 day 1 yesterday. It didn't challenge me the way I thought it would ( like it did the first time I did it. I mean, waiting on Jo Whiley telling me the 60 seconds was up) yes I put a little effort in but was very manageable.
Should I just continue with week 1 and follow the plan? Or should I see if I can start at, say, week 3? .

Hi there and congratulations on your new bundle of joy.
My advice would be to continue the programme from the start and don't skip any weeks. If you're finding it easy, then great. The early weeks will be a breeze to you. But better to be safe than sorry.
