Whoops!!! What do I do now W6

Ok so I am down the gym, did my usual exercises then was setting up the treadmill for W6R1. Headphones on and Laura going blah blah blah in my ears. I had a new starter running with me and my phone was on the eclectic music mix I use in the gym. So we start and I am aware its something like 5 rest 8 rest 5. My new start is on the machine next to me and my headphones are full of Highway to Hell. She finishes her second run and I am thinking my 5 must be just about up when Laura interrupts Bon Scott and tells me I am halfway through. Totally perplexed I spent the rest session working out that I had in fact started with run 2! So the question is now what do I do. R1 then R3, R1, 2 and 3 or go straight into R3.

Any suggestions??

You’re not the first person to do this!
