Despite waking up feeling awful this morning I managed to complete my 3rd 30 minute run of the week meaning I am graduate (thanks to the dog forcing me to get out of bed) . So proud of myself as this time 3 months ago I was struggling with my fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue which was making me feel depressed. No longer am I ashamed to run in public, and today I managed 2.8 miles in my 30 minutes. New challange is to get my 5k time down to 27 minutes and maybe aim for a 10k at some point

How has the running impacted or helped with your fibromyalgia? I am trying to persuade a friend of mine with it to try running, so far with no success.
Congratulations Beth24!!! Fantastic! Another graduate! Love this forum! Everyone’s achievement shared, reminds those of us coming up behind, “It’s possible”! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🎓🏆❤️
