1st consolidation run on home soil!

Just got back from a lovely week in Greece, and had graduated 2 days before we went. Desperate not to lose any fitness so we took our running gear with us. Boy was it hot, but did manage 2 early morning runs, but could only do 20 mins due to the heat. Back home and yesterday did my 1st post grad run on home soil and did the full 30 minutes and really enjoyed it. I won't lie it was a bit tough at the end, but really glad I can still do it.

On a lighter note I have added a picture of the unusual item that greeted us in the park we run in, oh the randomness of life 🤷‍♀️

20 mins in the heat is really good! I'll be taking my runners to Pembrokeshire in a couple of weeks. Doubt it will be as hot as Greece!

I went for 20 mins in Cyprus last year, was perfect length in early morning heat. 😊

That’s the sister program to C25k. It is called wheelchair to 5K. That belongs to the first graduate 😂

I was worried there for a minute! I thought you’d injured yourself & ended up in a wheelchair! I take my hat off to you running in Greece! I have absolutely no intention of running when I go to France at the end of July! Well done.
