Pollen and teaspoon of peanut butter

I've been struggling most of this week with sneezing. I think the pollen count has not been helping. Anyone with similar problem.

I took the longest rest period - 3 days. Legs start to ache a lot on rest days. All sounds very depressing but there is a glimpse of light - managed W6R2. I feel quite good that I managed 6 weeks so far. I never thought I can come this far. I also discovered that despite I can't really eat and then jog - I took a teaspoon of peanut butter and that made it all much better - no rumbling tummy.
