Early morning run!!

Morning everyone. I’ve just completed w2r2 feel tired. But good.

I have noticed I’m starting to get a bit of thigh chafing, which is sort of putting me off.

Can anyone give me help as to any way of conquering this?

Would baggy shorts or the tighter fitted type help.

I’ve heard some people mention Vaseline, but I’m not sure I’d want to be lathed in it!

Bodyglide may be the answer.

You don't say what you are wearing at present.............. trying an alternative is the only way to find out for sure.

I wear Lycra pants that are fitted. £5 from Primark. They seem to do the trick for me
