Just completed my second week of post grad runs, the one I have just done is my first one on the roads not the treadmill but did a full 5k in just over 33 mins, my fastest time for 5k, so really pleased, I thought I might lack motivation after graduating but am still going! As you say, Keep on Running!
I’m still on treadmill and not running 5k yet but happy I’ve still carried on running
