It was HOT HOT HOT HOT HOT HOT HOT HOT..... you get what I mean yeah??

Struggled today and had to stop a couple of times, a fellow runner also stated it was tough today and could do with some fog (which we have had for about a week). Was later in going out today hence the warmer temperature.

At the end I ran for a couple extra minutes just to make up for the short stops.

Am glad it's done for this week, roll on week 9 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
