Make sure your shoes are up to the job and fit properly. Use proper running socks
Don’t burst the blisters. I use Vaseline on them. If they are still sore next run, I put a plaster over the blister before running. Then reapply Vaseline post run after bathing. Giving your feet some fresh air in between runs
