Just back from completing week 9 run 1! WE RAN FOR 30 MINUTES!!!! So happy and it went so well! We did a slow first km, got faster - into our happy pace- for the second km then had energy left at the end for a little sprint. Sweaty and happy now!

So I dragged my husband around the local park run course - just walking. There is a hill...and it has to be run twice. Hill training starts next week. We're going to do a practice run around the course soon. 5k still a little way off..!

Run 2 on Friday evening!

You've cracked it Ang I'm sure. Two to go and you will be on the podium. I did the park run with nobody there week 9 run two as I chickened out of doing for my graduation run on the Saturday. I went to watch on the Saturday and regretted not doing it but dint want the pressure so decided on a lovely quiet run for me in the pouring rain and loved it anyway. I may break my Park Run Virginity this Saturday!!
