I’ve not posted much. I have plodded my way through the programme with grim determination wondering when past glories might return or even a feeling that I was actually running at all as opposed to dragging myself through treacle. This evening though on week 6 run 3 I skipped through the run like it was nothing. Decent pace throughout and a last minute sprint (of sorts). Feel top of the world - so to all you treacle plodders out there let me tell you stick with it and it WILL come at some point🤪
