It was very tough for the first 10 minutes, took a new route across the Ashdown Forest bridleway so a few slopes but a change of scenery from the track gyratory! Eventually found a leg and breathing rhythm and actually felt pretty strong at the end!

Amazed. Utterly astounded. 25 minutes DONE ✅ 😃😃😃

Excellent! Must be so lovely to run on the Forest - it's beautiful up there :-)

U little beauty!! Fab result and not eaten by deer or mugged by Winnie the Pooh and his chums.

The lad did great, Brian. :-)

Must be better than running around in circles at the top of a mountain too!!

Never had any doubt you could do this. Great run, especially with a tough start. Then all I could see was that you found a leg... and my mind wondered so many things about that. 😱 But it's early here and I'm not quite awake yet.

Well done. Onto week 7 you superstar x
